It had been a relatively uneventful day off until she'd received a call from her Chief asking (borderline begging) if she'd do them a favour and cover for a colleague in a Seocho-Gu job.
She'd agreed partially out of boredom and partially because she'd missed the thrill of staking out. Choosing to decline the offer of promotion and leave her desk at the Reformation Unit had been one of her easiest decisions.
Now she sat in the Hostess Bar idly running her fingers through his hair and contemplating how soft it was. On reflection maybe she shouldn't have been so quick to volunteer.
