“Name?” Iwaizumi asked, his eyes darting to Oikawa who had grabbed a cup and pen while he counted out the money.
“Akaashi,” he said softly, distinctly aware that the two chatty Cathys had stopped their conversation. Looking back he was taken aback, by the somewhat accusing pen that was pointed at him by the surprisingly now intimidating barista with fluffy hair. “You’re the second year transfer in the writing department who managed to nab an academic scholarship.”
Akaashi’s eyes widened for what felt like the hundredth time today (and he hadn’t even started class yet), “I am. How did you --”
“He knows everything… for some reason,” Iwaizumi supplied easily, “It’s a pain in the ass.”
“I’m starting to realize this whole school is a pain in this ass,” Akaashi mumbled.
Oikawa, who had since put the pen down to write the name on the cup, snickered, “Oh you have no idea, young Shakespeare or whoever the fuck.”

Summary
Everyone knows that Bokuto Koutarou has mood swings, appearing most infamously while he's on the court. What everyone doesn't know is that there's more besides the mood swings. That there's nights when he can't sleep because he's too busy pulling at his hair and clawing at his throat because everything is going wrong and he's horrible and he can't breathe. That there were days that he's contemplated a certain thing, which he finally decided to test out when he stared at his parents' discarded pills for too long. That even though he's reached a stage where he's supposed to get better, he's just getting a lot worse, spiraling down a dark hole, hitting the bottom, and then falling even further as that floor gives out.

Summary
As much as Miya Atsumu loves music, he can't sing to save his life. As some cruel turn of fate, the bond that connects him to his soulmate is purely melodic, based on whatever he's singing or humming. Of course, to rub salt in the wound, the person on the other side of the connection is eerily quiet most of the time, but when he does sing, it's absolutely gorgeous.
As much as Sakusa Kiyoomi likes his space (and dislikes the notion of an 'other half'), his soulmate's humming is one of the most enchanting things he's ever experienced. Unfortunately, the last time he actually heard his soulmate sing was years ago, and he can't remember what it sounded like.
They figure it out. Eventually.

Kiyoomi stops when Atsumu’s head shoots up and he finally meets Kiyoomi’s eyes for the first time that night. Golden eyes that are usually sparkling in mirth are scalding in anger.
“I’ve never wanted this marriage, Kiyoomi.”
And there it is.
Kiyoomi swallows and knits his eyebrows in confusion. “But--”
“I’m here,” Atsumu grits, “because I didn’t want to end up with some simpering baboon who needed attention or affection or love. I told ya on day one, Omi, day one, that I wasn’t looking for a relationship. And ya agreed. I never wanted a marriage, I just want to be left alone.” Atsumu pauses to take a breath.
“And you were the next best thing, Kiyoomi.”
