Midoriya Izuku hasn't seen the the streets of Musutafu since elementary school, before his mother decided enough was enough and moved them back to her family in Inaba. He couldn't help but feel it was almost like a karmic destiny to be brought back here by UA, the school he'd always dream of going to. He was mostly right, though destiny was a fickle thing when someone else is pulling the strings.
OR: Midoriya Izuku returns to Musutafu with a fully paid tuition to attend UA for reasons he wasn't sure of. The only thing he has is hope, a broken dream, and the mysterious vision of the melancholy velvet room.
