Summary
Hedonist that he is, Lestat has never particularly cared to be held to the constraints of a schedule. Louis may enjoy the routine and predictability of something as prosaic as the requirements of managing a business–one of his many little idiosyncrasies that Lestat simultaneously enjoys and is frequently irritated by–but for him? Non. He can enjoy the artistry of a well-planned ball or the satisfaction of a business deal well-struck, but he’s always enjoyed the freedom of not quite knowing what’s coming next. In a long, long life, it’s far too easy to fall into a rut and find oneself constrained to it for decades before noticing.
Even with his taste for surprise, however, Louis holding out a tiny, sooty, sniffling child is a shock he is not best pleased by.
He flicks his eyes up from the big-eyed, dripping moppet, raising a brow and feeling his lip curl slightly in distaste. The child reeks of smoke and fear and God only knows what else.
“Put it back,” he says flatly.
(AU based on the idea of Louis finding Claudia at the age of five like in the book but raising her until she's old enough to be changed) (marked complete because each chapter can stand alone but will be updated)

Summary
Gabriel has gone missing, which is troubling. More troubling, the armed forces that did the actual spiriting-away seem to have some sort of technology that blocks miracles altogether. But why? To what end? To where? And how many cryptids are in this place?
-
“It’s Gabriel: he’s gone.”
Crowley pondered that for just a fraction of a second before he snickered. “First God, then Lucifer, now Gabriel too? Good riddance. Can’t help you out with killing him though, conflict of interest I think. I would, but -”
“I don’t want you to kill him, you idiot. I need you to find him.”
That was unexpected enough to give him a start, and he squinted back down through the window, this time at the fuzzy top of the oversized fly (hat? He’d never been sure) on Beelzebub’s head. “What?”
“I’m not shouting the entire bloody situation at you through the door.”

Summary
There’s a panic within him that Lestat hasn’t felt for years when the sunlight streams in a perfect circle containing Claudia and Louis’s fledgling, a panic he hasn’t felt since the night he felt tainted blood rise to his throat and the love of his life drag a knife across it. It’s the panic of an ending unexpected, of a rug yanked from beneath him. He made his choice. He chose Louis. He knew if it came down to using his abilities to sway the audience, he only had the power for one. It wasn’t even something he had to think about. It was Louis. It was always going to be Louis.
But it’s Claudia before him now, looking back at him with a daughter’s eyes even as her face begins to crumble into ash.

Summary
“We will see each other again.” Hannibal tells her, voice steady with determination.
There’s a brief pause, and then: “We won’t see each other again for a long time, Han.”
“Soon.” He turns his head up so that she can see his eyes. So Mischa can see that this time, his promise will mean something, no matter the cost. “Once I get the last one, I’ll… I can go.”
Mischa’s eyes widen with horror. “No. You can’t.”
“Why not?”
“Because someone is waiting for you.”
Hannibal freezes. He narrows his eyes. “Who?”
“Don’t know,” Mischa replies with a little shrug. “Someone special.”
