Euphemia skimmed her son’s scrawled handwriting as she rubbed the owl’s feathers absentmindedly. It was the same worried questions and demands as the last seven letters Euphemia had received. Each had been carefully read and placed on an evergrowing pile.

"Draco choked out a hysterical laugh that got caught in his throat halfway through, and grabbed the homework he was supposed to be working on. He headed to his room holding back tears. Draco pushed open his door, and closed it behind him. He stood there for a moment, trying to catch his breath, even though it felt that each time he inhaled, air was moving farther and farther away. "
"“How would you know? You don’t know me.” His jaw clenched, and Draco blinked back any emotion.
“Yes, I do!” Potter insisted on shoving his wand up at Draco, as a demonstration of his pathetic lack of control.
Draco corrected him. “No. You know the worst of me.”
“That’s enough.” Potter remembered himself, and put his wand down, stepping back. He didn’t put it away, however. Why did this always happen? Not once did Draco take out his own wand. ""

Sirius felt like he was about to lose the very last bit of sanity as he pulled up the sleeve of his white dress shirt and stared at the bold letters on his arm. He knew it would happen eventually; he couldn’t escape from connecting to his soulmate forever. Some pathetic part of himself had hoped for a romantic first message, maybe a doodle during class or even a quick reminder for an important appointment, but seeing a phone number, that was clearly not meant for him, accompanied by a ‘CALL ME ;)’ was -in all honesty- disappointing.

He sighed and tried to open his eyes again. “Dare.”
“Brilliant!” James swayed against the wall he was leaning on, “I dare you to text this number!” He said, pointing to the wall next to the farthest mirror.
He walked over to the wall, finding the number written in blocky black Sharpie with 'Text for a good time' and something slightly resembling a winky face doodled underneath it.

The British reality TV show: I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, but make it Marauders. For non-British tv watchers, this show is about campmates who all live in the jungle and compete in challenges to earn food and prizes to make their time a lot easier. They have no connection to the outside world, only in contact with each other and occasionally the hosts when they come to camp. Each episode the public votes for someone to leave the camp, until the final episode where 3 campmates are left and only one is crowned the winner. I love this TV show and I love the marauders so why not make an AU where they are in the TV show!
