Summary
It's been five years since Link and Zelda defeated Calamity Ganon. Most of the world is recovering and in good working order with Zelda creating a Court of other world leaders to rebuild Hyrule. But the heroes get a shock when the Goddesses allow a fragment of Ganon to be reborn from the wilds. He is harmless, without power, and without the Triforce.
Ganon remembers that he did something bad, evil even, but he can't understand why he ever did it. All he wants now is to be allowed to live his life in peace- but Hyrule won't let him forget. This is supposed to be his second chance at living a better life. He's forced to do the only thing he can think of to make a living. Be at the beck and call of those who want to use him.
Link has been having a hard time since the end of the Calamity. How do you reconcile all the pressure put on you at such a young age to save the world? Zelda keeps looking at him with so much hope that he'll 'remember how they were'. With so much pressure, Link can't help falling into the arms of someone he should hate. Someone who is at a loss in this world the same as him. Someone who knows what it's like to have everyone expect you to be something you can't even remember.

Summary
Ganon, king of the Gerudo, has a knack for always getting what he wants, even if he has to wait for it. So when he meets the Hylian Champion and is immediately smitten, he knows it's only a matter of time before he finds a way to crack Link's perfect, unshakable composure.
He's prepared to wait as long as it takes to make Link his, but it quickly becomes apparent that Link is much more than he bargained for.
The slightest slip of that mask would be enough for a first step, even just a small furrow of his brow—or better yet, an interested upturn at the corner of that lovely mouth… It may take several days of concentrated effort just to hear his voice if what Zelda has said of him is accurate, but Ganon is here for at least a month. And despite Urbosa’s earlier suggestion that he could learn to be more patient, he’s already mentally preparing himself for a long, careful pursuit. The wait will only make it that much sweeter once Link is finally his, however many days or weeks it takes. And, after all, he does so love a challenge.

Summary
The Ferocious mercenary, King Ganondorf and direct descendant of the goddess Hylia herself, Queen Zelda have spent countless lifetimes battling and rampaging at war, with her royal guard Link who would always turn the tides. Over those countless lifetimes, death and turmoil were all seemed to follow, and it has taken a toll on the three of them collectively, none could admit, and decide to end the pointless cycle of war and hardship. In order to finally bring peace to Hyrule, and its neighboring countries, the two rulers trade something of equal value to one another as a sign of mutual respect that they hope will last this lifetime, their royal knights.
Reluctantly, Link volunteers himself in this endeavor to serve as Ganon's personal knight and has to carry out the rest of his days protecting, guarding and serving him.
