Erwin, Levi and Hanji are the owners of the Shiganshina Parapsychology Troup (SPT)- they take on many paranormal related projects/investigations with their group but little do the clients know, they're just fakes.
Several of them do have talents...but putting on a show tends to result in more money than telling people they're actually just seeing things.
It's gotten them pretty far and they'd gotten a lot of respect (God knows why), but recently they'd been gaining interest from new people that wanted to join.
So Erwin decides to have an interview day.

--It almost feels like how it's always been when they were still in Iwatobi. Almost. Except when they step out of the house, and Haruka is reminded that they're not. The seaside town of Iwatobi houses the ancient Water Temple, dedicated the the everlasting Water Spirit. It chooses a priest, typically one with a love of water, and a knight, one with the power to keep the priest safe. Everyone is convinced that the priest will be Haruka and Rin his chosen knight, as they are the top of their class and seem like the most likely candidates. However, when a priest is finally chosen during the annual ceremony, the only reason anyone knows about it is because Haruka is marked as the knight.
And Haruka suddenly remembers, with a very cold feeling, that Makoto is afraid of the water because he says it always feels like there's something in it wanting to drag him down...
