The world of pro-heroes is mostly what Katsuki expected it to be ten years ago. Being twenty-five and aiming to be one of the youngest top heroes in the history of Japan seemed pretty fucking neat to him. Summary
Katsuki and Shouto are classmates, and that's it.
Katsuki is sick and tired of the way he's perceived, so he decides to go on a journey to change it, that's when he starts to volunteer at a hospital in the city, in hopes that he can bring out a gentler part of himself.
He ends up meeting Rei Himura and grows close to her, without realizing she's none other than his classmate's mother, Shouto, who everyone knows has a very complicated family history.
Shouto, on the other hand, is dealing with his own demons. Broken and scarred from his past, his life starts falling apart once again as his father resurfaces, trying to take him away from his siblings.
For some odd reason, Katsuki feels compelled to approach Shouto, and that's when they start to grow closer, and some feelings start to bloom, as they help each other to grow and heal.
