Who would have taught him? I wasn’t sure, but given he was speaking English, someone had to be teaching him something.
“Ao’nung,” I said, through my teeth. “You animal. Do you have any idea how savage what you just did was?”
He smacked the side of my face, silencing me. He leaned in closer then, inches from my face, eyes smoldering.
