Summary
Sanguinius is clearly the best choice for Emperor Regent of Imperium Secundus - this is something that both Guilliman and the Lion can agree on. Now? Well, they'll just have to convince him. Luckily for them, Guilliman has an excellent argument to fall back on, if they need it.
[Spoiler: They'll need it.]

Summary
“You still don’t need to do this.”
Guilliman sat down on the couch next to Sanguinius. “I would debate that I do. Theoretical: The three of us have all been through grueling ordeals in the last several months, one right after another. We are exhausted. We are injured. We are grieving our sons lost, the relationships we thought we had with our brothers turned traitor, and the galaxy that we no longer have. But we are primarchs, and we need to be a symbol for our sons, and the common people. We do not have the same avenues available to use for stress relief. We cannot show weakness.
“Practical: Macraggian baths are legendary, and do much to ease the body and the spirit. You can be vulnerable around me, Sanguinius. You don’t have to be perfect. I know how to perform Macraggian hospitality. You can get some much-needed relaxation.”
(Takes place shortly after Unremembered Empire. Chapter 1 is Sanguinius/Guilliman, Chapter 2 is Sanguinius/Guilliman/Lion.)

"I'm telling you there is no route to Terra. There is only one light in the darkness. We have no choice but to fortify and consolidate here. Besides, I feel I have the authority to countermand your orders"
"How so?" asked Polux.
"Alexis," said Guilliman, "I have seniority. Until someone arrives who outranks me, I have command. I intend to use it. We must save the Imperium. Speculation and indecision are not useful traits at this time."
- From Unremembered Empire
Sanguinius finds out about this conversation, and he is not thrilled.

Summary
Sanguinius knew he could order Azkaellon, Raldoron, and Amit into his bed, and they would do it, no questions asked. But he doesn’t want them in his bed because he’s ordered them - he wants them there because they want to be. What he doesn’t expect is when they start to catch feelings for each other. This is a delight or a headache for those aboard the Red Tear, depending on who one asks.
And, for some people, it’s both.
Now if this could only happen when they're not in the process of planning a rebellion, that would be ideal. (That's not gonna happen.)

Summary
Nudity in life modeling is about artistic integrity, and learning to draw more than just the idealized body. When Sanguinius asks Azkaellon to model for him, of course he agrees.
There's nothing sexual at all about life modeling. At least, there isn't supposed to be.
Alternatively, Azkaellon is a little shit, and Sanguinius likes it.

Summary
With war comes sacrifice, and often of small personal pleasures. When the Blood Angels wish to give Sanguinius back one of those pleasures as a surprise, the plan quickly becomes more complicated than they are able to handle. If they have any chance of success, Roboute Guilliman and Lion el'Jonson must be brought in on the idea.
How does one keep a secret from a primarch with precognition? Not very well.

Summary
Sanguinius had cautioned Guilliman and the Lion that his change would be soon.
Shapeshifting was peculiar like that. He'd once described the sense of the change as if an old human could feel the drop of barometric pressure in their joints. “Its not painful,” he had clarified, “but there is the sense that it is time. I can feel it. The change is needed, and will happen.”
“Do you know what form you'll take?” the Lion had asked.
Sanguinius chuckled, and shook his head. “Not specifically. Sometimes I have no clue. Sometimes, I have an idea.”
When he had told them the change would happen soon, his smile was full of secrets. Sanguinius had an idea, and he kept it close to his chest.
Alternatively, Sanguinius can change his hair color and eye color. What if he could change more than that?

Summary
Due to an unexpected medical issue, the much-anticipated volume 69 of The Alabaster Feather - a volume heavily featuring Sanguinius - has been delayed.
Raldoron, Amit, and Azkaellon decide to try to use this time to find out more about the writers of these stories, by locating and reading the back issues. It's their duty as the inner circle of the Great Angel, after all. They are on special lookout for the writer with the pseudonym of Lcarus, who is rumored to be either an Astartes or a Documentarist.
Neither of those hypothesizes are true.

Summary
There was a distant part of Sanguinius' mind that wondered how he got here: a room with two simple chairs sized for primarchs, and little else. He'd been on the Vengeful Spirit, fighting Horus, gone mad by Chaos. He'd been bleeding, battered, broken.
And he had been dead. He was sure of it.
