Maybe she just didn’t want to hear the inevitable ‘Missy, you know I won’t do that’ while the Doctor is looking at her like she’d dare the temptation as much as she’d smite her for it in the same breath. Maybe she just wanted to hear her say her name again and it would be alright.
She should make her. It sounds good like this. Have it be a prayer, when the Doctor already looked like she was made out of light.
