She had been almost asleep when she heard Azune's voice speak into her head. Well, technically, she had been just about to lie down, but she was so tired that she was convinced she'd be out like a snuffed candle the second her head hit the pillow. It had been a long day. They were all long days, these days. And it seemed like it wasn't over yet.
I’m outside. Nothing's wrong, Azune said through the Message spell. Along with being the first spell she'd invented, it was the first she'd taught him. It had turned out to be very useful. I just want to see you. Can I come up?
Murray sighed. She was going to say yes, obviously, but she hoped whatever Azune was looking for wouldn't take long, because she really was tired. She might just fall asleep on him if he stayed awhile.
