Summary
Every single year the gods hosted a special event where three or four humans would have the chance to join their ranks. The High Council picked out the people who they thought were worthy, and they, in turn, were allowed to live in Olympus for three months. Each human was then given a god “mentor” who was there to help and train them. At the end of three months, any humans who were able to survive the training had to fight amongst themselves to the death. Whoever won, would join the gods.

Summary
Grian left the worlds of villains, vigilantes and criminals behind many years ago, after an unfortunate run in with the watcher’s cult. However, when his old friend Jimmy asks for his help, Grian decides he’s been hiding for long enough. In hopes that he won’t have to get too involved, he agrees to help out his friend.
Unluckily for Grian, the watchers are back and have other plans for him.
Or, I wanted to write a silly badboy's fic about them working in a bar, but it somehow gained a plot and now it's mostly about the life series lol.
