Martin’s eyes widened. “You’re… What are you saying?”
Elias’s smile grew again, leaning forward over his desk, clasping his hands together. “Well, you’ve recently started physically transitioning, right? I already noticed the voice.”
Martin grinned softly. “Th-Thank you, sir.”
“How would you feel about a fresh start? I know that some of the staff up here are a bit nosy about it, and it may be easier for you to move to a department with new people. Ones you have... a bit more in common with."
