"Again, you can say no and we'd be done with this option. However, if you sign this, this is the plan we'll use. Do we have a deal?" Remus stuck his hand out for the other to take.
Patton felt his brain arguing with itself. On one hand, this could lead to something bad. Patton could get hurt, or worse, shunned. But on the other hand, this might be his only chance to make a difference with the others. To show them that he isn't all they think he is, that he is something much more. Patton took a deep breath as he thought about both options. Then, he signed the contract, and shook Remus's hand.
"Deal."Patton is sick of the others treating him like an innocent uwu boy and goes to Remus for help. They try fake dating as a way to convince them that Patton is mature and an adult like everyone else. Only one problem though; Patton seemed to take a liking to his fake boyfriend. Too much of a liking.

“Hi Granger”
“Parkinson” she could stand the girl, that didn’t mean they were friends.
“Come with me to Hogsmede on Saturday” Parkinson drawled casually, with her head perched on her fist as she surveyed Hermione. Her other hand lay palm up on the table, as if waiting for Hermione to hold it. Hermione held in a snort. As if.
“Why?” Hermione asked instead, crossing something out on her essay in an attempt to look uninterested.
“On a date of course”
Hermione sighed, feeling vaguely insulted that Parkinson thought she’d fall for whatever this was. “Parkinson, please do me a favour and quit playing. You look ridiculous. What is it you’re looking for?”
She looked momentarily offended at that, before she scowls
“Fine. I’ve made a deal with Draco. He’ll finally ask out Potter and stop boring us all to death with his insistent pining if I start dating you.”
Hermione blinked and found her face forming an involuntary smile “you should have just told me that in the first place. Of course I’ll go on a date with you, Parkinson”
The girl gave the first genuine smile Hermione had seen on her. “Good. Meet you in the entrance hall at 10. Remember to look properly besotted” -

“Well, I figured the day you'd say those words to me, you'd come with a bouquet of roses and in your best robes to sweep me off my feet with your romantic words. Then we'd run off to a private Villa in Italy for our first Christmas together where we’d passionately make love and act like foolish teenagers the entire time- I'm not sure where the Weasley family would be coming into the equation, though.” The blonde gave a faux sigh of affection before turning back to his meal with disinterest again.
“What?” Harry felt his eyes bulge out at the statement.
