Summary
An ultra slow burn Drarry that begins with a Fifth-Year retelling and continues through the final battle at Hogwarts.
Harry begins to distrust Dumbledore after the events of his fourth year, turning to an unlikely source for knowledge and information. The Occupation of Malfoy Manor by Voldemort leads Draco down a path that diverges significantly from the rest of his family. Harry being made a Prefect sets in motion a large rift in the Golden Trio, ultimately resulting in irreparable damage. Harry learns what real friendship is and who he can trust while making several self-discoveries along his journey to rid the Wizarding World of Voldemort for good.
There are several plot points from the original source material that remain unchanged and are therefore only referenced and implied. While I don't care for the author's personal views, I enjoy her writing and will not be re-writing anything that happens as they appeared in the books. This fic is long enough as it is! There will be author notes for any chapter that includes or alludes to these scenes.
Please make note of the canonical character death tag and remember what happens in Order of the Phoenix.

Summary
(I promise it's worth checking out! or at least I think so...)
Harry Potter thought the war was over. He was wrong. The nightmares won’t fade, and Hogwarts feels more like a memorial than a home. The last person he wants to see his breaking point is Draco Malfoy — who in their last year of Hogwart's is forced to room with him. Then a spell goes wrong, dragging them both into the past — a time when the dead still breathe and second chances come with a cost. Faced with ghosts and impossible choices, Harry and Draco find themselves asking the same question:
If you could rewrite history… would you?Because changing the past is dangerous.
But living with it might be worse.Basically a rewritten version of Harry Potter. I'm on Order of the Phoenix now.
Updates hopefully on either Wednesdays or Sundays or whenever I'm free... updates vary... BUT I promise I won't be leaving this fic incomplete

Summary
"May I play with Harry too?"
Draco blinked at him. Then narrowed his eyes.
"You can’t," he said firmly, stepping between Cedric and the baby. "He’s my friend."
Cedric, startled, looked at Dora. "Did I do something wrong?"
Dora was already halfway to the plush pile. "Ignore him. He’s just being Draco."
But Harry looked between them both with wide eyes, clearly sensing something was off. His lip began to tremble.

Summary
After Dudley is kissed by a dementor the summer before his fifth year, Harry flees to diagon, certain his uncle will kill him if he's found. While there, he learns he has a magical guardian, Albus Dumbledore, who should have removed him when he asked for help escaping the Dursleys.
Between the knowledge that Dumbledore will send him back no matter how much he begs and the fact that a war is on the horizon that he knows he will be forced into, he needs a new guardian that won't force him back to the Dursleys or to fight. The only ways to achieve that would be to petition the Wizengamot where Dumbledore has control, or to sign a marriage contract already accepted by his family before Dumbledore became his guardian. The problem is, his fate is in the hands of none other than Draco Malfoy.

Summary
After the war, peace is finally restored—but Harry Potter feels emptier than ever.
Once the weapon against the Dark Lord, now forgotten and unwanted, Harry believes his purpose died with Voldemort. Crushed under the weight of loss, fame, and a life never truly his own, he makes a final decision to end his pain. But death is not the end.
When Death itself appears, Harry is offered something no one has ever given him before: a second chance to live. Sent back into his own past, Harry must face the moments that broke him, the choices that defined him, and the possibility of becoming more than what destiny demanded.
This time, the story is not about saving the world.
It is about saving himself.Bookmarked by Ironsmith18
