Summary
The Magic Knights have finally defeated Lucius, but quickly realize how much they have lost. With both their Wizard King and his Advisor gone, the Captains must make a decision about who will temporarily fill those vacancies until a permanent appointment can be made. As their new roles force them to work closely together almost every day, Yami and Charlotte begin to notice something new developing between them. Yami starts to wonder if what Finral told him is true regarding what happened during the Spade battle, and also tries to navigate his new relationship with Ichika. Charlotte faces an internal battle over how to finally confess her feelings to Yami, or if it is even possible now that they are working in such a delicate capacity.
