Just Johnny and the way he had Simon, even as a towering monster with gnashing teeth and flexing claws, wrapped around his little finger.

Simon and Johnny’s relationship was held in the in-between. In soft kisses and warm hands clutching each other close under the cover of night. In steady heartbeats and the laughable sight of sleep-mussed hair. Johnny had traced every one of the scars that marred Simon’s face, and in turn, Simon had kissed away every blemish that Johnny thought he bore.
Johnny asked nothing more of Simon than what he was willing to give, and though the Sergeant seemed content with that, Ghost was not. He wanted. Oh, how he wanted.

Summary
Ghost can see how riled up Soap is, his knuckles white as he paces around the common room, clearly eager to blow some shit up. To be perfectly honest, he isn’t much better off himself, just perhaps a bit more efficient at not looking like he is going to deck the first person that stares at him a second too long. He feels like they will drive each other insane if they are stuck together with all that pent-up anger boiling between them and he really, really cannot find it in himself to just put up with it so he does the only logical thing he can think of - he challenges Soap to a sparring session.
