Once upon a time, Petra Parker (going by Peter at the time) and Eugene 'Flash' Thompson hated each other. Now, at their ten-year high school reunion, the Spectacular Spider-Woman and the newly minted Agent Venom strike up a friendship. But when Flash loses his VA benefits at the same time Petra gets an offer for health insurance from the Bugle, she hatches an idea: a civil union of pure convenience, mutually beneficial, no strings attached. So long as neither of them catch feelings, but it's not like that would ever happen. The only thing more ridiculous than that would be if Flash was already in love with her, but c'mon, can you even imagine?

Summary
Petra Parker was going through a lot right now. Trying to balance school with superhero work with Bugle work with with with WITH! Oh this girl needs a break.
Turns out that break came from the least likely of places.
A place of solidarity with a man that smelled not only her anxieties, but apparently her estrogen as well.
Oh that Parker Luck.
