They didn’t stop inching forward until they saw the soft orange blinking of hazard lights in the distance, they paused for a second before flooring it the extra 100 yards. Fillmore was already crawling toward the edge of the road where it dropped off into a small canyon, it was almost like he wanted to fall too.
“Hey Sarge, you might wanna check this out.” He pulled up beside the bus, his wheel almost slipping as he got a bit too close to the edge in an attempt to peer down. It was a kid, who probably only just hit double digits, desperately trying to stay on a ledge that by some miracle had saved them from the fall.

Aka : Sarge and Fillmore go out of their way for some runaway because the alphabet mafia has to stick together.
