Sunoo has always been a loser. As long as he remembers, he has only had his two best friends: Kang Taehyun and Huening Kai by his side. But sadly, rarely talking at home also resulted in him never learning how to speak up for himself or express his own opinion.
He didn’t even know what having an opinion was like- he didn’t know he didn’t deserve all the insults and remarks; didn’t know he didn’t have to agree with them, too.He spent his entire childhood running after people, trying to please them, all in hopes that they would be more accepting of him one day; in hopes that they could, maybe, love him one day.

So he goes to a village as a volunteer teacher and he stumbles into Park Sunghoon, the chief officer of the village . Sunoo feel his heart pounding strongly but he shouldn't feel this way because Sunghoon was Boram's boyfriend, wasn't he? The journey of the two counties as sunghoon protects sunoo and help him to deal with the harsh environment, will he feel the same toward him?
Or Sunoo after getting a heart transplant goes to village as volunteer teacher and sees sunghoon, the chief officer, he fell in love with his donor's ex boyfriend? What happens when misunderstanding happens?
