The RK9-800 is a prototype canine android, built to assist in police tracking and chasing of suspects. Currently, the majority of these suspects are deviants, rouge androids that are a threat to humans.
Essentially a re-write of canon where Connor is a dog and the events of the game are spread out over several months.

Summary
