"Good night, my treasure." Reo whispers against his lips before planting another kiss.
Just as he is about to lie down himself, Reo feels the bed shift behind him. Nagi is sitting up again, looking away sheepishly. "Reooo... um. I don't think I'll be able to sleep anytime soon..."
"Nagi?" Reo straightens up immediately, worried that Nagi is in pain or something worse. "Are you–"
Nagi's lips are pressed into a thin line as he scratches the side of his neck. His eyes point straight down and Reo follows it until he sees what the problem is. Of course, he's hard.
In which Reo tries to get Nagi to do something about his boner by himself, but fails.

“Eh? But I'm seriously telling the truth...” Nagi pauses, his lips pressing together when Reo rolls his eyes in disbelief.
“Oh, please. Don’t tell me that you truly expect me to believe such a ridiculous lie,” Reo huffs, sharp eyes narrowing with annoyance. “Pray tell, for what possible reason would you ever want to see me—”
“I’m in love with you.” Nagi tilts his head, rubbing idly at the back of his neck. “Uh, that’s why.”
Silence crashes into the throne room almost immediately.
After years of searching, Nagi finally finds the person he’s always seen in his dreams.

Gyujin's open mouth was now heaving in breaths instead of letting out moans. On a particularly deep inhale, there was a change in the air that hit his lungs, like it had somehow gotten hotter, as if the doctors had accidentally set the AC higher.
On impulse, he took the next drag through his nose, and when he did, a metallic scent hit his nostrils at the same time as a familiar voice hit his ears.
"Who told you you can start without me?"

after being detained in a holding facility for disturbed omegas for months, gyujin is offered a plea deal: he can choose to spend his first heat with an unknown alpha in exchange for a pardon for his actions during the school shooting.

Summary
They had both looked forward to this day for months, marking each day off on the calendar as one day closer to the week of pure pleasure.
What was happening that week? It was the week that Myung-gi’s heat cycle overlapped with Subong’s rut, both of their cycles starting on the exact same day. Naturally, as a couple, they decided to spend it together and to not take medication - which most Omegas and Alphas do when it comes to a heat cycle or rut, even if they have a partner to spend their cycle with.
On the day that their so-called “week of pleasure” is supposed to start, however, Subong chooses to stay cooped up in the guest bedroom - since they didn’t have any medication left - instead of doing anything with Myung-gi. And Myung-gi does not like this decision.
