The Mongol invasion began with the rise of Genghis Khan in Mongolia. He united the scattered Mongol tribes and, with a disciplined and ruthless army, began expanding his empire. First, he attacked China, then invaded Central Asia, targeting the Khwarazmian Empire. Countless people were massacred.
These invasions marked one of the bloodiest chapters in history, leaving devastating impacts on the region's economy and culture so much so that some cities never regained their former glory. And within this chaos, countless untold stories were born. -

Summary
