The uneasy atmosphere permeating the air wasn’t something that could be ignored. It was unbearably heavy, and it seemed to stress everyone out and create tension. Kaeya could definitely feel that tension– it was why Jean snapped at him, why everyone seemed so high-strung, and why there was a persistent chill running down the back of his neck and spine.

This was something to investigate.
