After a mission goes sour causing Ezra and Kanan to fall over a waterfall into the waters below, Kanan finds himself scrambling to save an unconscious Ezra. Unable to make contact with their crew, their only hope is to find shelter in a nearby cave and hope the Ghost finds them before the Imperials do. But as Ezra grows sick, Kanan wonders if help will come in time. All he wants is for his kid to keep breathing.

Kanan leaves the crew for a while to spend some much needed time alone in order to honor the birthday of his deceased master and while dad's away the kids will play! what all could go wrong? foodies Ezra and Sabine and Zeb enter a spicy chili challenge at a local eatery while they do side work and wait for his return, but unfortunately Ezra is made a fool of and bites off more than he can chew and Kanan returns to the Ghost to a situation that makes him want to go back off on a solo vacation.
