Auror Harry is horribly unhappy with work and in general. He finds out the force is investigating Draco’s pub, when Harry didn’t even realize he’d been released from Azkaban. Draco is not the boy Harry once knew - he is scarred and bitter and has a secret, illegal dream room where he guides unhappy witches and wizards to their hearts’ desire while they sleep. He and Harry play a bit of cat and mouse and Draco gives Harry dreams of what might’ve been.
The end is devastating.

Former H/D, current H ending things with Ginny after Draco gets thrown in the drunk tank while Harry's on duty because Harry realizes (while Draco is incarcerated and maybe jerking off in his cell) he still loves Draco. Features Harry and Draco breaking and entering into one another's houses (well, house and vault, because Draco's literally living out of his vault). Gorgeous, fluffy smut, amazing dynamic between H&D. This Draco is one of my favorite Dracos of all time -- goofy, irreverent, unpredictable, snarky, and constantly sticking his middle finger up at authority and, really, everyone but Harry. And also, he gives Harry foot rubs after sex because Harry's feet get cramps when his toes curl.
10/10, it's a delight, and the writing is beautiful
