This story follows three main plots that intermingle with each other and come together in the end.One follows Detective Stan Marsh and college-student-drop-out turned prostitute, Kyle Broflovski, as they work together to take down Cartman, who runs an abusive and toxic prostitution ring.
One follows Tweek Tweak, a prostitute under Cartman's thumb who just wants to start over, and gets that chance when Craig Tucker pays Tweek just for his company, though their peace is soon brought to an abrupt halt.
One follows childhood best friends, Kenny McCormick and Butters Stotch, as they navigate Kenny's immortality and the danger it brings when they misuse it.

Eddie's a little high, heading home after a gig, when he spots a Camaro swerving down the road. Shortly thereafter, is Billy Hargrove staggering along the shoulder.
