Summary
The Book of Potter. Whereas the Family Grimoire contains everything that made up the mechanics behind the Potter magic; the Book of Potter connected the people within that family, no matter how far back in time. With it, Harry (and anyone else keyed in) can communicate with any Potter by blood or marriage to get their insights on what makes a Potter, a Potter.
Prior to that fateful Halloween in 1981; James and Lily Potter decide to change the script that Fate had decreed for them and invited Lily's sister and brother-in-law to go over some information should the worst come to happen and they were unable to care for Harry. Because of the Book, the Potters were able to escape being killed by Voldemort and only rendered unconscious. Harry was still dumped at the Dursleys by Albus, but the mood had changed. Petunia and Vernon didn't resent Harry because the letter that they should've read was lost.
Lots of changes in the timeline resulted after that misplaced letter...

Summary
Starts ten years after the events of First Contact with the strange aliens known as Vulcans. Earth is still recovering from the devastating loss of life and infrastructure of World War 3.
A daring plan was put in place to start actively colonizing other worlds with the idea that if Earth should fall to its old prejudices, humanity itself will still live on. To do that, and thanks to the pioneering and revolutionary work of Doctor Zefram Cochrane with his incredible 'warp drive'; planets which used to take months if not years or decades to reach, are now within the possibility of settlement in a single person's lifetime.
The first colonizers were sent out into the void. Now it was time to bring in the resupply ships. Massive cargo ships designed to deliver everything a burgeoning settlement needed. For that, the UE formed the United Earth Space Probe Agency (UESPA) to oversee the development and logistics of space exploration.
Our story centers around the maiden voyage and subsequent years of one such colony resupply ship. Her designation is Interplanetary Shipping Agency (ISA) DY-245/MV-1004, but to her crew and those who are serviced by her, she's known as 'Liberty.'

Summary

Sirius had no idea of the changes that lay ahead, and the role that Harry would play in them.
A nearly deaf boy who signs to communicate and a bionic girl who doesn't let her disability define her. With These Hands, they'll set out to change the world.

If anyone knows the whereabouts of the author, tell them to get off their bums and finish the damned story. If they've karked it, please label this as ORPHANED, so I can pick off the carcass for my own works.

Harry gets involved and they discover a plot to undermine the contract between the British Monarchy and the British Wizarding World. Neville gets roped in and eventually others as well. The death eaters and others don't want the contract to be found. Definitely AU. Divergence after (and implied during) fifth year.
