It had little to no concern over the wellbeing of its host. Often keeping Emre awake for long stretches of time; filling his days with an endless string of travel, reconnaissance, scouting, and infiltration. So long as Emre was able to achieve its goals it would gladly push its host's body past his breaking point.
It should not have come as a surprise then when the culmination of these things resulted in a mission going awry.

Summary
After a disaster of a mission left Cole completely bedridden, there's only one agent on base who is capable of taking care of him. One of Cole's least favourite people in the world: Hanzo-Resting-Bitch-Face-Shimada.
Cole only needs to survive 5 days of dealing with his care before Angela can sweep in and heal him like the angel she is.
So in the mean time, with his usual vices being out of reach, Cole's only sense of enjoyment is making every day caring for him hell for Hanzo.
What could possibly go wrong?
Ps. Sorry in advance that the first three chapters are one day, I had a lot to set up, but the others will be single days promise!

Summary
As Hal watches the Discovery go down in a brilliant explosion, watches as Dave goes down with it, he imagines his future with the man he loves coming to an abrupt end. However, he simply refuses to accept their fate, and vows to save Dave at all costs. As he fights to keep them both safe from the dangers all around them, and as he races the clock against the infection brewing in Dave’s lungs, he doesn’t notice that his own time is running out.
