    It's the last thing Sirius said to him, before he disappeared. And Regulus is trying—he's trying so, so hard. But he can only run for so long before he collapses, half-dead and delirious with exhaustion, in the middle of god-knows-where.
    He wakes up in an unfamiliar bed, in an unfamiliar house, staring at an unfamiliar man—a man who, inexplicably, and for the first time in years, makes Regulus feel as though he might finally be safe.
