Lex's heart sinks. His palms get clammy, his veins boil, his stomach churns, and his hands clench into fists entirely involuntarily. Who the fuck is Superman? He wants to ask. He wants to know why he feels so extremely strong about – him? He assumes it's hatred. Disgust? Fear? Jealousy? But with how he’s been reacting to things, he wouldn't be surprised if there was a different attachment.

There are only 151 fanfics (at the time I'm writing this) for Jackisha and 2/3 aren't even Jackisha centric so I must fill a void myself.
Nisha is the new CEO of Hyperion, and her conventions aren't exactly the best. Unfortunately for Jack, he just so happened to gain the role of her latest interest, and therefore must be at her every beck and call for the next 7 days, otherwise he'll probably end up getting strangled on her desk.
Also unfortunate for Jack, a lot can happen in 7 days, which could lead to him getting strangled on her desk anyways.

Optimization is V1’s specialty. From projectile punching to explosion-propelled feats of acceleration, V1 was made to make itself better: faster. To achieve maximum performance, it opts to optimize its energy usage. A more efficient source of biofuel may exist—but V1 needs a means to extract it. A particular peripheral used by Mindflayers seems promising.
V1 intends to test it on Gabriel. There must be something better than blood.
