Happy belated Pi(e) Day!
The Low FODMaP diet is usually prescribed to people who suffer from IBS, to find out which FODMaPs you're intolerant to. FODMaPs are Fermentable Oligo-, Di-, and Monosaccharids and Polyols. These are all sugars that can upset your stomach, but only if you're sensitive to them. They can be found in anything from artificial sweeteners to garlic and onion.
I'm one of the few "lucky" people who can have a little bit of each, but cumulatively, none of them, so I am stuck on this diet. Such fun!
For those of us who want to enjoy the taste of Baldur's Gate without any tummy troubles, I recreated the pie from the game. For those of you who don't have to eat low-Fodmap; This is still a very recipe, but feel free to add garlic, or to swap the leeks for onion.
