Stuck between wishing to keep his family and Ninjago safe, Zane doesn’t tell anyone when he finds out his blueprints have been stolen. He doesn’t tell them when it leads him to forging a secret identity so that he can infiltrate a bar, or when those at said bar discuss with him at length about how they wish to take him a part. But, if he did this right, it’s not like anyone was ever going to find out.

Life felt so flimsy… Always one misstep away from death. Kinich shakes the feeling. It's not like that anymore.
