Though no matter the acts they were forced to perform, all either wanted to do was help people. So, once they have the opportunity, it's time to train to be the hero's they promised they'd become. In some cases in less than legal ways. But hey, can't be worse than being a villain, right?

His take down of All For One is no secret, and his presence as the vigilante Omen is adored. He loves his fanbase, but he doesn’t appreciate the constant pursuit of the media for new pictures and flimsy stories.
So, when a certain sleep-deprived hero approaches him about a teaching gig, with little-to-no restrictions he’s quite hasty to reply. UA wants anything Izuku is willing to provide for their third years…
Wait. Their third years? Like Izuku’s age third years? Class 3A?
Oh shit. He’s totally in.
Or, Izuku being the Number One Hero to the public, but a vigilante in actuality and people knowing virtually nothing about him. So, UA offers him a job to teach 3A, and also try and get the teen to have a support system and not go it alone because life at the top is lonely.

Izuku shoved the phone back into his pocket and began to run out. “The other new teacher should be here any minute! Text me if you have any questions! I’ll see you later!”
“Wait, Deku!” The door shut, making Katsuki’s mouth snap closed. He wasn’t the only newbie. He put his head in his hands and tried to contain the uncertainty bubbling in him.
“Bakugou?” A voice called across the room.
Katsuki knew that voice in an instant. “Kirishima?” He asked the question before he even turned around to look at Kirishima. He looked exactly like he did the last time that Katsuki saw him, except that he had aged like a fine wine. He still had that red spiky hair and the same stupid, shirtless hero costume. Katsuki couldn't even remember the last time they were in a room together. What was that? Seven– no eight years ago?

Katsuki stared at the first page of his diagnostic assessment report. The first sentence read 'Bakugou Katsuki meets the criteria for an ASD (autism spectrum disorder) diagnosis.' The black ink lay there sharply on the pristine white paper. There was no erasing the words. They just sat there, as if the information on the page was eternal truth. After that there was some stuff about psychoeducation and an overview or something but all the boy could focus on was the diagnosis.
Autism. The same thing he scorned and mocked Deku about for over a decade. In hindsight it made sense, internally he always used to justify his cruelty as just doing what his mother did when he tried to do the things that Deku did constantly.
Or
Bakugou discovers he's autistic after UA put him in therapy following Ground Beta. He doesn't take the news well as apart from his quirklessness, autism was the biggest thing he bullied Deku for.

“This is going to break these damn extras.” Izuku sighed, but before he could start his argument, Katsuki went on. “They will never be able to go back to their regular innocent lives, we are going to devastate them, Izuku.”
“I know!” He tried hard not to shout, but the words just forced their way out. “I know.” He repeated, calmer. “But we have to do this. We have to. They have spent their whole lives cushioned and coddled by the good side of quirk society.”
Katsuki’s jaw was so tight, Izuku swore his teeth must be aching from the force of it. When he spoke, he did so through his teeth with pain clear on his features.
“You get it, don’t you; what you’re asking me to do? Izuku I-...you’re asking me to hurt you again. You’re asking me to be your abuser, again.”

A gasp behind him catches his attention, and he turns his head. The person in question was still struggling to sit up, broken glass and blood lying at his knees. He looks young, Aizawa could have mistaken him for a student even. From where he was standing he can make out several injuries, some which even look days old.
He approaches the young man cautiously, stopping an arm’s length away.
“Hey…you okay?” he asks gruffly. “You looked like you took a bad fall.”
The young man lifts his head and coughs into his hand, shuddering. His messy, deep blonde hair tumbles across his line of sight as wide eyes gaze up at Aizawa.
“W-what the hell…where’d you come from?” he wheezes, gripping his side.
(While on their way home, Aizawa and Yamada stumble upon none other than the newly debuted Winged Hero Hawks, alone and injured in an ally way)

Summary
Bakugou Katsuki never thought he’d see Midoriya Izuku again. Which was fine by him. Deku had moved away in elementary school and Katsuki quickly moved on, his own high school years turning tumultuous as he adjusted suddenly to becoming disabled and an ambulatory wheelchair user. Now, as an adult, Katsuki only reflects on Deku occasionally- mostly with regret with how he treated him growing up. But that’s all Deku is- a face from his past, and so is the kid Katsuki used to be. He never expected to be confronted with Deku again.
But all of a sudden green hair shows back up in his life and Katsuki realizes he has a lot more of his past to unpack then he thought he did.
