Summary
Jon's heart was aching with how much he wanted him closer. As close as they could be.
"Martin," he whispered; his voice was shaking a little. "If there was- somewhere empty here, actually empty, where… Where we could be alone…?"
Martin's thumbs brushed his elbows in a small, sweet caress.
"Yes," Jon heard, both against his lips and his cheek, and nearly shivered. His body was still, even after all those months, growing used to receiving as much loving touch as he was getting from Martin, and this… This was something entirely else. And then, also-Martin added, "Do you want both of us there?"
Under his palm, Martin's heart began to beat faster - perhaps at the idea, and perhaps at a part of him being able to voice it so openly.
"Yes."

Summary
Martin becomes ill with a nasty cold, and after he recovers, his GP tells him he has to stay off his heat blockers for at least a week.
What he hasn't told Jon, though, is that he's never been off his heat blockers before. Never been in heat in his entire life.
Jon holds him all the way through it, though. Doing any less never even crossed his mind.

Summary
Getting out of the Lonely is a quiet, hopeful affair. Jon leads the way, pulling a willing Martin along by the hand, until the fog dissipates and the world starts to feel lived-in again. But as the air grows easier to breathe and the cold fingers of the Forsaken recede, Martin seems to recede as well. He seems aware—if not exactly alert, or very talkative—while they’re inside, and then in a moment, he just isn’t.

Summary
Harry finds himself in the liminal space between Martinaise and actually having to be Harry Du Bois again. He needs to return to his apartment, and his job, and his life, but the prospect is terrifying; everything that was once him is everything he can't allow himself to be ever again. Kim helps him make the transition, and Harry pines wildly over him. They eat food and talk about the homo-sexual underground. Harry tries not to cry a lot.
