Summary
When Dazai arrives back to the office to find half of the Agency (and it appears Akutagawa as well) have been genderswapped, he unfortunately doesn't get to deal with it for long (though it could've been so much fun).
However, he does find that a certain mafioso could've also been affected and he can't help but immediately wonder what sort of effect it had on him.

Winning against Vecna was harder than they thought. They miraculously escape from the upside down but Max is left blind and Steve… Well, Steve had cushioned Eddie’s fall with his body, damaging his spine.
“Get up from that stupid bed!”
“I’m not going to sit on that stupid chair so feel free to leave me alone!”
Eddie sighs and goes back to the kitchen where Steve’s mother is waiting for him with a coffee.
“You didn’t manage to convince him, uh?” She asks, offering him a cup of black coffee.
Eddie shakes his head and she tries to comfort him, putting a hand on Eddie’s shoulder “Maybe tomorrow.”

A year later, Inko finds his notebooks, and in an attempt to prove his usefulness, she gives them to Hisashi. He uses them to kill heroes. Izuku swears to never let him get his hands on another notebook, no matter what happens to him.
He keeps his promise, all the way until the day he dies. But there's the catch: Izuku wasn't so quirkless after all. He rises once again and frees himself from his father's chains, while others mourn. Going from analyst-informant to analyst-informant-vigilante with a side of necromancer.

Suddenly, a hand covered Dazai’s eyes. His immediate instinct was to start thrashing and fighting but the creature wrapped another strong arm around his chest, effectively trapping him.
“What do we have here? Such a pretty kitsune doesn’t belong in such a decrepit shrine,” a deep voice rumbled in Dazai’s ear. Dazai smirked at the fact that based on how the hand over his eyes was positioned, this creature was significantly shorter than him. He sniffed the air and could finally figure out what the scent he had smelled before was. A demon. He could feel the demon’s hot breath on his neck. “What are you doing here? You won’t be reclaiming this place. It’s mine now.”
