Summary
Thranduil is back in Imladris at last—his second home—and reunited with the one he loves. Well, nearly reunited. If Elrond has not finished with his tactical drills and weapons practice by the time Thranduil makes his way to the parade grounds, it’s very likely the Lord of the Hidden Valley shall find himself bodily removed and hauled to his chambers—the entire host of the Dúnedain and Noldorin army as his reluctant witnesses if need be.
Or, The Muster of The Last Alliance begins, and a committed Thranduil and Elrond pick up where they left off. The heartsick Lord of Imladris finds himself at a bit of a crossroads, and Glorfindel plays relationship counselor.

Summary
“The twins…I should at least bid them goodnight personally, it is their begetting day after all.” A filthy-hot stripe licked from lobe to tip has Elrond inhaling sharply and very much reconsidering even this as a priority.
“They wandered off into the woods with Legolas a while ago citing some archery drinking game I only half-heard the details of. Eru willing, we shall be the fathers of sons still counted among the living come morning. Now stop fussing. You’ve earned a reprieve, my lord.” Thranduil’s grin is playful and warm, his liquid blue eyes glittering with a pixie-like mischief.
And really, what choice does Elrond have when he’s feeling so featherlight and fizzy, the wine thrumming in his head and in his blood, slowly picking the stitches of his neuroses over playing the perfect host out with every goblet? What choice does he have when Thranduil’s tongue is sweeping enticingly along the cleft behind his ear as his hands sneak down to eagerly palm his backside? Elrond has never been able to deny the Woodland King a single thing stone-cold sober. So he’s certainly not able, let alone willing, to start now.

Summary
The final blessings of colour splash Thranduil’s moon-pale skin with shades of lilac. Streaks of fuchsia illuminate his hair and dusky rose washes over his fine olive-gray silk robes. It’s an intimate and ethereal show of beauty that threatens to steal Elrond’s breath, and effectively puts all other sunsets to shame.
Admittedly, every sunset spent in the company of Thranduil has a habit of putting all the sunsets that came before it to shame. It’s an ongoing problem.
A lick of heat crawls up Elrond’s neck as he catches himself staring and he quickly diverts his attention to topping up his own goblet. Scrabbling for the threads of their conversation, he berates himself as he so often has in the more than ten-hundred years that he has called Thranduil friend, that he may as well be lusting after Ilúvatar for all his longing will amount to anything more.

That's not going to awaken things in anyone, right?

Summary
It’s sort of hard to summarise this. It exists in the universe of Golden and Sunrise but I am not making it part of that series because it is not a comfort fic. It deals with grief and loss as well as healing and falling in love. Thranduil and Oropher were together for a Long Time so it’s not so much the incest that gives anyone pause but the family dynamic and the fear of a new relationship after losing a long-term partner.
Okay, it is WAY more romantic and sweet than it sounds. Please give it a chance.
You really need to read Golden (and Sunrise, but less so) first. It’s the origin of Thranduil and Oropher’s relationship and I refer to it quite a bit.
[In which Oropher is 59, Legolas is 16, and Thranduil is ambiguously in his 40s. Pick your poison.]

Summary
So here is the (not shorter at all, in fact longer) second part of Geometry, in which we visit the other leg of the trousers of time. This time, Thranduil forgets to take his wallet to Sainsbury’s and EVERYTHING changes. Or does it? It’s a sprawling, love-drenched sort of slow burn, following Thranduil, Oropher, and Legolas as they fall in love and find that three Oropherions are better than any other number.
You really need to read Golden (and Sunrise, but less so) first. It’s the origin of Thranduil and Oropher’s relationship and I refer to it quite a bit. This will also make a LOT more sense if you read Parallel first.
