“No,” she said, her teasing edged with warmth. “I think you’re capable of far too many of them. But subtle? Not so much.”
His brow arched, amused. “Not subtle? Whatever makes you say that?”
She gave him a pointed look, her smirk growing. “I saw you glaring at Éomer earlier. If looks could kill, Gondor and Rohan would have a diplomatic crisis on their hands.”
Faramir flushed slightly, but his laugh was genuine. “That wasn’t glaring. I was… assessing.”

Summary
Sahana goes from a servant at a brothel to being arranged to be married to the crown prince of the fire nation without much of an explanation. All she knows is she has to learn to navigate court life while trying to figure out the family that lives there. A prince whose homecoming doesn't seem to be exactly welcomed. A sister who seems ruthless and unwavering in every which way. Then there is the Fire Lord, who she is trying to avoid but seems to dog her every step. Slowly, odd dreams start to unravel her true heritage and a power that she has to learn to understand. With only one true friend in her corner, she tries to make headway in this new life until one fateful encounter throws the entirety of the world out of balance. (Starts just before the cut off of Book 2 before the infamous crystal cave scene.)
