Season 1. A wave of Missing Persons cases at an upscale couples resort catches the Winchesters' attention, prompting them to go undercover to investigate. Dean figures there's no harm in faking a romantic relationship with his little brother as long as it nets them the best service the hotel can offer, but it's a little unsettling how easily the pretending seems to come to him. Especially when Sam's acting has never been quite this good before.

“You get to have this, Dean.” The brush of Sam’s mouth against his own is the sweetest ache. Lips catch and drag and Sam whispers into his mouth, “You get to have this. If you want this, I’m giving it to you. Let me give this to you.”
Dean wants to say yes. He wants to say please and I love you and thank you. For the trust, the devotion, the care. It’s not something that has ever needed to be verbalised but god, in this moment Dean wants nothing more than to tell this boy just how much he loves him.
“Yeah. Yeah, Sam — I want this.” The words taste like the sweetest freedom and a thousand more years of damnation but Sam’s tongue soothes the burn of them. Dean's done fighting, and all he wants now is to keep Sam safe, and damn the consequences. When Bobby tells them they'd better lay low for a while, Dean takes the opportunity to let his brother rest and heal. And maybe figure out what Sam's wanted all his life, and what Dean needs to be happy. (AU for the end of 5x22 and beyond)

Partly, it’s just opportunity. It’s been a few weeks since he swiped the little tub from the old folks’ home, and it’s been burning a hole in his pocket ever since. Partly, it’s curiosity; he doesn’t really know what this stuff does, not exactly, beyond a vague idea that it’ll turn Sam into some kind of Energizer bunny of fucking. No way that’s not gonna be fun.
Dean doses Sam with the Viagra that he stole from the retirement home in 11x11. It sort of goes to plan.
