Summary
When Giyuu first met Rengoku, he found himself staring at a boisterous attitude that went hand in hand with a blinding smile.
Just like Sabito, an unhelpful part of his mind supplied.
When Giyuu first met Shinobu, he was met with calculating eyes that noticed from the smallest of details to the quickest of moments.
Just like Tsutako, an unhelpful part of his mind supplied.
When Giyuu first met Tanjiro, he was met with a terrified child who just wanted his family to be okay, He had watched- partly stunned- as the child had begged for someone to help his sister, who was matted with blood.
Giyuu would deny this for years to come, but in the moment the only thing he could focus on was how Tanjiro looked just like him.
In which canon changes and lives are saved - all because Giyuu is just a little bit better at making friends. (Ft. a proud pair of Kamado siblings, of course!)
