Emma Swan was diagnosed with Congenital Heart Failure eight years ago. It runs in the family supposedly, not that she has ever known her family or anything. But, apparently that’s one of the perks about being a foster kid. No family. After receiving her heart transplant six years ago, Emma finally feels like her life is going back to normal.
She currently has a wonderful job as the night security guard at Regal’s. It is Boston’s first and finest luxury department store owned by a certain brunette named Regina Mills. Although they have never met Emma has heard the horror stories that accompany her current reign as CEO.
