Summary
Islands Of Guey is an archipelago set in an alternate universe, a chain of an islands untouched by humans. The ocean world is dominated by the nautical intelligent super beings, mermaids, who've evolved into thousands of variants to fill their respective niches and islands.
Moon and Sun are two mermaids of different subtypes, and entering a relationship taboo, they encounter troubles far beyond their waters.
+ long winded, random string-alongs of drabbles to compliment the main story.

Summary

Summary
They were to be the first ever of their kind, born from feldspar deep within the Earth’s crust. Twin, Blue-sheen Moonstones, the rarest and strongest variety, stood leagues above any Quartz in terms of strength while carrying themselves with such beauty and poise that rivaled even the most lustrous of Sapphires and Pearls.
A large lakebed would be the main injector site, the shadow project of the Alpha Kindergarten, with one placed within the northeastern quadrant of the lake and the other in the southeast. Both were planted within the same conditions. Both were equal parts away from the shore and each other. Even the formulas used at the injector sites were heavily communicated between both teams so that the gems would emerge at the same time with little differences between them.
The math accounted for slight variations of course, but the chances of that were slim. Or at least it would have been had the southeastern injector not malfunctioned.
Those slight variations proved more numerous than expected as three seconds of offset development started a chain reaction that would forever define a rare set of gems as one-of-a-kind and completely irreplaceable in the history of gemkind.

Summary
Naga’s as a species are on the verge of extinction. To save them, several research facilities around the globe have continued to breed them in captivity. Moon, a lunar naga who’s considered a monster by the researchers, stubbornly refuses to bond with any of the potential mates the facility has thrown at him, even getting blood on his hands to do so. Sun, a rescued solar naga who believes himself broken from his past, is the next potential mate. Will the monster fix the one that’s broken, or will he shatter him even further?

This might be a really long story and it might not be, I'm not sure yet.
