Ken turned around, genuinely surprised by what he saw.
The person who called out to him looked similar in age. Not only that, but his hair was dyed a dark blue, contrasting his sharp, blood red eyes. He was dressed in a plain, dark hoodie and baggy black pants, accompanied by accessories such as clip-on earrings, rings and a necklace (all silver).
Ken thought he was beautiful.
"Oh!" Ken looked away. "I-I'm sorry, did I disturb you?"
"Um. . ." The boy stared at Ken as if he was deciphering something. "No, no, you're fine."
"Oh, good," Ken smiled awkwardly. "Sorry, I'm kind of lost. I've never been around here before."
The other boy continued to stare at Ken, with Ken finally noticing his intense eyes.
"Is- is something wrong?"
". . .Are you Ken Hasegawa?"
An alternate universe where Hasegawa and Kamimura meet during Hasegawa's business trip for a quiz show in Osaka, and Kamimura may or may not already know about him.

Kamimura's life was fucking miserable. He suffered to live, trudging through the constant pain in his body to work a depressing job in the morgue. Working as a transport specialist, staring death in the face everyday- he felt himself growing numb to the thought of letting go. It felt like life only continuously got harder for him anyways- hiding in an agonizing closet, forcing himself to grit his teeth and bare through surviving in a body he felt no longer belonged to him.
A late night death call to the Denden family home, was what shocked him back into reality. Life was short. Painfully short, and Kamimura needed to find something worth living for.
Something had to change- immediately. He couldn't last like that, not forever.

Yesterday, Albedo had broken up with Scaramouche. “I can't handle you anymore.” He said. The Balladeer tried to negotiate, but the doll was stubborn on this decision, despite how they both knew that their love still remained.
It was irritating, to say the least. The Balladeer had taken a positive liking to him, a romantic liking to him, so why was he so unappreciative? Scaramouche was a harbinger, this should be an honor. A part of him felt fulfilled that he managed to shake the normally tranquil doll, but the other burdened something he refused to face.
He had no choice but to force Albedo back into his arms, even if it meant stripping away any semblance of control the doll held.

Summary
Kazutoshi had seen plenty of crime scenes before—he was a crime scene cleaner, after all—but this one had definitely stuck out. This wasn't the worst one by far; he'd seen plenty of gory corpses with an impossible amount of blood sprayed across the room. People making signs or words with blood wasn't new either, but hearts were definitely an. . .interesting choice.
Kazutoshi finds the dead bodies of his middle school classmates and can't help but wonder who's behind it.
