Summary
Emma’s life was perfectly fine before she met him, she had her son (Excluding and a messy custody agreement with her ex.) She didn’t need her entire life to be uprooted when an annoyingly attractive man and his adorable young daughter move in across the hall from her. But life happened anyway and maybe the only thing more annoying than Killian Jones might just be the feelings she’s trying to deny she has for him.
Now would also probably be a good time to mention the curse, because even in a post happy ending world, there’s always someone out to kill the saviour. But maybe this time… it’s not Emma they’re after.

Summary
He supposed it was only keeping things consistent--Camelot was a broken kingdom, Excalibur a broken sword--so declaring a broken man king made some sort of logic.
But before Killian Jones can become the reluctant king of Camelot, he and the rest of the Storybrooke gang have to deal with Emma as the Dark One, a long trapped sorcerer who has never made anything simpler for anyone, an entitled king convinced he's the hero of this story, and Belle deciding to go on the rebound with a morally ambiguous shape-shifter.

Summary
This is a story that developed from a slightly disturbed idea of what might have happened if a cursed Emma was given false memories by the Black Fairy as part of the Final Battle at the end of S6 that turned Emma against Killian in an absolutely gut-wrenching way. This is 100 percent a whump story, but I tried to make it a little bit canon-divergent, keeping Fiona as the ultimate villain.
