Kurosaki’s words hit him like a siren’s song, seductive, syrupy sweet. He felt like he’d been sucker-punched, a molten weight dropping low in his gut, and sinking lower. His eyelashes curled over heavy lids, blinking. Kurosaki was breathing just as raggedly.
It was fucking distracting.
Set during Hueco Mundo Arc. After failing to rescue Inoue, Ichigo becomes a war prisoner. Meanwhile, Grimmjow’s treading on thin ice with Aizen, and has to play nanny.
