Summary
Simon Wayne is running in place. Running from his past, but refusing to leave Gotham behind. He feels he's inherited his adoptive father's pet project. Maybe it was stupid and naive, maybe that's what got his father killed, but hell; what else is Simon going to do with all this money he's inherited? By day, he's billionaire philanthropist and industrialist, pouring money into the fragile infrastructure of this horrible city he calls home. By night, he dons a cowl and takes justice into his own hands.
The thing about Metropolis is that something's always happening. Ryland Grace wishes he could settle in after work, catch up on Real Housewives of Star City, and maybe get some grading done without something needing his attention right then and there. Unfortunately, alien invasions wait for no man, super or otherwise. Oh well. As long as the sun shines above them all, he'll be right there to save the day! Heavy on as long as the sun shines.
