His voice is laced with suspicion as he seethes, “What did you give me?”
“Oh, nothing much,” the man says lightly, grabbing something off the table. “Just a drug that we give to all the new merchandise. A little something to make the training period go smoother. Now don’t move, or I’ll cut something sensitive.”
“What-” Kaeya nearly chokes on his question as he feels the fabric of his pants carefully cut. His body goes rigid knowing that there is something sharp between his thighs and he tries to clamp down his increasing shivering as the man carefully creates an opening in Kaeya’s pants. When he is done, Kaeya shudders in growing horror as the man’s voice causes a trail of air to ghost over his entrance, now exposed and on full display.

The words come as a whisper, tingling in the back of his mind as Vash awakens to the scent of flowers. It sounds familiar in the way that a far-distant dream does, its tangibility slipping like water through his fingers as he breathes into consciousness.
As gentle winds and birdsong fill his ears, the words are all but forgotten.

After Kaeya's visit to Sumeru, he falls into a pit of depression and disappears for 7 days. Diluc notices, breaks into his home, and subsequently forces him to eat pancakes.

Summary
Kaeya has only ever wanted to bring Diluc happiness, but it seems even that was too much to hope for.
At least Kaeya can feel relief at the fact they’ve chosen him to be the physical object of their revenge, and not Diluc himself. If he focuses on that, then he can imagine that he’s helping him, in some horrible, twisted way. He’s taking the pain that was meant for Diluc, and if he remembers that, well…maybe he can deal with this.
A needle is pressed into his neck and there is a burning sensation as the unknown substance is pushed into his veins.
“You’re going to enjoy this, pretty boy,” the man holding him purrs. “You won’t have a choice.”

Summary
Kaeya hasn't had a full night's sleep in years.
In the wake of his fight with Diluc, Kaeya has dreams of death that leave him choked and screaming.
Years later, while their relationship is patching up, Kaeya sees his sworn brother get stabbed and it results in a particularly vicious round of nightmares. Kaeya is left exhausted and barely functioning after a week, but he endures, as he always has. The two are sent off to Dragonspine on a mission and Kaeya's exhaustion causes him to misstep a hydro mage's attack, getting soaked on top of a freezing mountain with no fire in sight.
Luckily, Diluc is there to help him. One thing leads to another and the two are forced alone in Albedo's camp, with Diluc taking care of Kaeya as he suffers from hypothermia.

Summary
The Astral Express isn’t an entity that one can simply hail like a cab when one’s slightly too tipsy to see straight. No one can simply put up a thumb in the middle of deep space and hitchhike to the nearest moon. So it comes as a surprise to everybody when a small fighter skiff quite literally knocks on the Express' windows.
It's an even bigger surprise when they find a certain Stellaron Hunter inside with one foot in the grave and not a flicker of his memories.
For Dan Heng, this might mean the only chance for him to fill in the gaps of his past if he can nurse Blade back to health. But both fate and Blade have other plans for him as the haziness of his past starts to become a truth he is not ready to face.
