CONTENT WARNING: this is NOT A NORMAL PORNY INSTALLMENT OF THIS SERIES.
The following fic includes graphic descriptions of dysphoria and a whole fucking lot of negative gender feelings. Please, PLEASE do feel compelled to be a completist about this series; consider this outside of canon.Narratively, this fic comes directly after Ch5 of The Taming of “Calico” Jack Rackham. The last thing that happened then was Jack sucked Izzy’s strap-on and then Izzy completely shut down. In terms of content, however, this fic has only the barest relationship to the story I’ve been building for 200k words. I have a lot of rage to process, so that’s what I did. This is 100% venting with only the thinnest veneer of a narrative over the top; I literally just ranted into a Word doc and then chopped it up into a passably conventional dialogue structure.

Stede touched Izzy’s hips and slid his hands around his waist as he stepped close behind him, pulling their bodies close.
“Stede, I need to get this finished. I’m almost done,” Izzy said shortly.
“Good!” Stede said cheerfully. “I’m glad to hear that. I’m sure it won’t take long to finish up. Don’t let me distract you!” As he said it, he ran his hands over Izzy’s torso, sliding them to the top of Izzy’s jeans.CONTEXT NOTE: This fic is part of a series that starts in a very dead dove/noncony kind of place. At this point it's a stable modern SteddyHands and you need almost no context for this specific fic. Stede and Izzy have a standing 24/7 CNC arrangement, so nothing Stede is doing is actually against Izzy's will. Or rather, it is, but only in ways he likes.

Then as night began to fall in earnest, painting the sky in hues of royal blue and aubergine, Blackbeard hitched a massive sigh, visible even at this distance, and turned and took Izzy's face in his palms.
Lucius couldn't breathe.
Tenderly Blackbeard kissed his forehead, paused a long moment, then bent and kissed the lips that Izzy tilted upward for his access.
We don't own each other, Lucius thought fiercely. He heard a squeak from the condensation on the glass he was holding, and quickly forced his fist to unclench.
