Summary
This city liked to pretend it was civilized—brick buildings, pressed suits, polite smiles. Scratch the surface and you hit rot. Everyone worked for someone, and the ones who didn’t ended up face‑down in an alley. The gangs ran the streets, the politicians ran the gangs, and the cops were just another crew on the take.
I told myself it was just business. Keep emotions out of it, rise clean, avoid becoming another thug in a cheap suit. It was a good story.
Stories don’t last long in this city.

There were many legends about Edward Elric. Some bizarre: like that he was a dragon, veela or squib. That his skin under gloves was covered in scars, feathers or scales.
No one could proof them right, nor wrong.
He was strange. quiet and loud, Genius and imbecile. Untamed. Not afraid of anyone. Nor teachers, students or ghost.
Thou many theories, everyone agreed on one. He was dangerous."I think one student has a crusch on me" Roy Mustang said suddenly.
Snape raised an eyebrow at the Alchemy professor who appeared seemingly out of nowhere five years ago.
"Many have" he said gruffly. "Thou not as many as Lockhart did" added with a dismissive snort. Mustang was not THAT popular
"I am not talking about girls who think I am handsome"; he surely wasn’t humble. – I am talking about a crush-like... obsession." Snape looked at Mustang once again and for once he did not see that fake smile. The alchemy professor was genuinely worried. And only because of that was Snape willing to hear him out
"well? Who is she?" he nodded. Roy Mustang took a deep breath and looked him into the eyes
"Not she. It’s Edward Elric"

Summary
Lu Yao’s family will go crazy when they hear that he returned without telling them, even more so when they figure out that he had moved to ShangHai. That anger will undoubtedly be multiplied tenfold when they realize that he has not been living in what they would call ‘suitable conditions’ and times that tenfold by ten when they realize he had been suspected of murder, and even further when they realize that he has been helping someone with gang connections.
He was going to die. Definitely. Probably by his brother’s hands. -

Qiao Chusheng, Inspector of the Concession Police, was attempting to beat his personal record of completing a 100-meter sprint under 9.78 seconds when he nearly collided with a cat that suddenly appeared in the middle of his sprinting lane, seemingly from nowhere.
Fortunately for the cat, Qiao Chusheng has excellent reflexes.

“Is that Papa?”
At the sound of his voice, Inko turns around from their apartment door’s peephole. She’s got a sweet soft smile on her face that seems to melt off all her budding wrinkles. “Yeah, it is.”
Izuku smooths out his shirt. It’s the All Might tee his mama got him for his last birthday, and it’s quickly become his most worn article of clothing. He hopes he looks okay, that his Papa will be happy to see him.
Cutting short his time to worry, Inko opens the door. Faintly, he hears his mother fretting over Hisashi, asking him about the flight and taking his luggage, but Izuku can’t focus on any of that. His eyes are fixated on his father’s chest, where there are more quirks than he can count. They’re all gray, in stark contrast to what he saw in his walk to the park. But no, that’s not right— there’s one that isn’t gray.
There’s a dark black quirk over his Papa’s stomach. It looks almost like a black hole.
Izuku doesn’t know why, but he shivers.
In which Izuku tries to survive the streets and his past while Aizawa tries to pull him away from both.

Hitoshi wanted to be a hero with a villainous quirk. He shouldn't be surprised that All Might would give the response he did. It still hurts though. Guess he'll just have to put his lock picking and pickpocket skills to use since his dream is dead....
Mei doesn't even like All Might that much! Really!... Which is a lie, because how could her hero tell her that she should limit herself?! She was going to become great, and nobody would stop her! She just needs more materials....

Izuku Midoriya wasn’t sure how he always ended up in situations like this.
Well, maybe not exactly like this, but thirteen-year-old Izuku has had enough trying experiences to at least not be surprised by them anymore. After all, trouble seemed to follow him like the plague, which was made infinitely worse by his time spent at Aldera Junior High.
However, for someone like him—a useless, quirkless deku—he had no right to complain. He knew that others had it far worse than he did. He was fine, really. It was just something you learned to live with.
It was normal.
However, waking up in a bed that wasn’t yours, nauseous and with no fucking idea how you ended up there, was definitely not normal. -

Being a vigilante was one thing. Izuku was good at that. Izuku knew how to do that. Being a normal teenager? That was a LOT more complicated.
It was bad enough that Eraserhead had caught him, let alone that the underground hero had realised that the reason he was a vigilante despite his age was because he had to be awake at night. It was too dangerous to sleep on the streets in the nights. That discovery of course had led to Eraserhead realising not only was Izuku homeless, he also hadn’t been going to school since the event- the event of course being after the sludge villain attack when he had gotten kicked out by Inko for being too reckless.
Eraserhead, being the obnoxiously caring hero he was, decided to take Izuku in, which in theory would be fine, but in practice? It was bullshit.

Izuku has a quirk that allows him to turn into a cat, but as of now...He's kind of stuck like this, like a cat, for /months/. It's fine, though, it means that now he can't be chased by Eraser-Head! After months of running away from that man, he would never suspect he was a cat! He thought he cheated the system, except that being a cat—a kitten—is harder than being a human. And so he got pretty roughed up when a rock was thrown at him, and many other things piled up the same way snow or trash piles up on the street.
